Check-In Hours 10:00AM - 3:00PM, 7 Days a Week.
When you arrive in New Smyrna, check into the Reception Center to receive your documents and tour appointment. If you will be arriving after 3 p.m., please call 407-515-2400 to arrange a late arrival, or your room will be released.
From Orlando:
- Take I-4 East to Exit 118.
- Head East (left) on SR44.
- Continue past the US1 overpass and over the Harris Saxon Bridge.
- Once over the bridge, proceed to the third traffic light and turn left onto 3rd Avenue.
- At the stop sign, turn left onto S. Atlantic Avenue.
- The Reception Center is in the lobby of Coconut Palms Beach Resort (six-floor light blue building 1/2 mile on the right).
From Jacksonville/Daytona:
- I-95 South to
Exit 249A. Head East (left) on SR44.
- Continue past the US1 overpass, and over the Harris Saxon Bridge (to A1A).
- Once over the bridge, proceed to the third traffic light and turn left onto 3rd Avenue.
- At the stop sign, turn left onto S. Atlantic Avenue.
- The Reception Center is in the lobby of Coconut Palms Beach Resort (six-floor light blue building 1/2 mile on the right).
From Miami/Port Canaveral:
- I-95 North to
Exit 249A. Head East (rigth) on SR44.
- Continue past the US1 overpass, and over the Harris Saxon Bridge (to A1A).
- Once over the bridge, proceed to the third traffic light and turn left onto 3rd Avenue.
- At the stop sign, turn left onto S. Atlantic Avenue.
- The Reception Center is in the lobby of Coconut Palms Beach Resort (six-floor light blue building 1/2 mile on the right).
